Marsh Creek Country Club offers on-site wedding coordination to ensure your special day is nothing short of spectacular.

Prior to the Event:

• Assist with menu options and selection of outside vendors - florist, baker, entertainment, etc
• Arrange wedding day timeline with Bride & Groom
• Work with the Bride & Groom to create room set-up
• Schedule and review agendas (contact information for all vendors, scheduled arrival time, special notes)
• Coordinate rehearsal for on-site ceremony
• Convenient on-site staff available to answer questions!

Day of the Event:

• Arrange decorations and catering materials at reception site
• Coordinate table numbers with master seating plan
• Set up items for on-site ceremony, including programs and guest book
• Coordinate bridal party
• Pin boutonnieres and corsages
• Instruct ushers on proper way of seating guests
• Assist during photo sessions
• Coordinate officiant and ceremony musicians
• Organize reception entertainment

During the Event:

• Organize processional
• Direct bridal party to photography session after ceremony
• Move programs and guest book to the reception site
• Make sure bar is open and hors d'oeuvres are ready upon guest arrival
• Greet guests and assist with gifts
• Direct guests to their seats when cocktail hour ends
• Line up the bridal party for introductions
• Signal entertainment for introductions, special dances, champagne toast, cake cutting and farewell
